Evening only weekdays: $300.

Time: 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. offered Sunday through Thursday for 50 guests or less. No event equipment or catering shall be brought in. Pot luck style food is accepted.

 

This is ideal for family gatherings, work gatherings, or simple weddings. This option is geared towards events with under 50 attendees that are not bringing in catering, chairs, tables, audio setups, tents, etc. Event areas should be cleared of decorations and trash disposed of by 11:00 p.m.  This is for those folks who "just want to get married in the woods"! Overnight add-ons can be purchased at additional cost on a case by case basis if some of the event party would like to stay overnight after the event.

 

 Evening only weekend days: $400  

Time: 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. offered Fridays or Saturdays. All other criteria is the same as above but there isn't an option for overnight stays as we will need to have the camp ready for renters the following day.

 

2-day weekdays: $600

Time: 3:00 p.m. on the first day through 11:00 p.m. the second day. No Fridays or Saturdays. This package is for those who plan to bring event equipment such as tables, chairs, and catering.  No tents, staging, or audio/lighting equipment at these events.

 

This package is geared toward medium-sized events to allow for a setup day, rehearsal,  etc. All tables/chairs and decorations must be cleared and trash disposed of by 11:00 p.m. on the second day.  Includes overnight stay for up to 8 people on the first night.

 

2-day weekend days: $800

Time: 3:00 p.m. on the Friday through 11:00 p.m. on Saturday. All other details ar the same as above.

 

3-day weekdays: $1,800

Time: 3:00 p.m. access on first day through 11:00 p.m. on the third day. No Fridays or Saturdays. 

 

This package is geared towards larger events who plan to bring in additional equipment including tables, chairs, catering, tents, staging, audio, lighting, etc. Overnight stays on first 2 days for up to 8 people included. A detailed schedule of equipment drop off and pickup as well as vendor contact information is required 30 days prior to event. A $250 late charge per day will be added if schedule/contact information is not provided 30 days in advance of event. Event will be canceled if this information is not received 25 days in advance.

 

3-day weekend days: $2,500

Time: 3:00 p.m. Friday through 11 p.m. Sunday. All other details are the same as above.

 

3-4 day with event planning: $3,500 + rental equipment costs

Time: 3:00 p.m. access on the first day through 11 p.m. on the third day. There are no restrictions on days of the week.

 

This is the full shebang! Let us assist you with your event rentals and help make your event seamless!

 

An inclusive package designed to allow you to simply show up and decorate and we will handle the vendor details on your reserved days.  We will provide cost comparisons of vendors for your desired equipment rentals and once you decide who you want to go with, we will arrange the schedules and handle all drop-off and pickup details on site. All equipment must be delivered and picked up at Camp Takimina by vendors or members of your event party. You will be responsible for all event equipment contract rentals and deposits with your chosen vendors, and we will handle it from there! Includes overnight stays for up to 8 people for the first 3 nights of your reservation. Space must be clear of all equipment, trash, and decorations by 12:00 p.m. on the fourth day.
