Hoffman Hollow

The votes are in! This new site was named by our Facebook and Instagram followers in early 2025. A beautiful open camping area a short distance from the main parking lot, Lodge, water source, and toilets. This site has a large open space for multiple tents, and campfire ring with benches surrounding it. Your short walk from the parking lot takes you down a wooden wheelchair accessible ramp, through open ground, past the Gaga Ball pit, to the hidden site behind a columns of trees.

 

This site is named in honor of the Hoffman Family, who have spent more than 40 years supporting and caring for Camp Takimina.
